It was very difficult to unscrew the flasks. When ordering on aliexpress, the filter came in an opened package. I checked the completeness, the details are already at home, everything looks new, I did not become indignant. During installation, it turned out that the flasks themselves could not be unscrewed! Of course, I used the complete key, looked at a bunch of instructions, asked the manufacturer a question, found answers on his website. A similar problem happens, but not as critical as in my case. In four men's hands, tapping with a rubberized hammer, and warming up under hot water, they managed to unscrew, or rather "rip off" the flasks. The rest is all right. Surely, the box was open, because someone before me could not unscrew the flasks, and handed over the goods, which were then sold to me.
