Review on 🌀 iSpring WSP50GR Sediment Filter with 360° Head - Reusable by Jessica West

I returned the first filter after a failed installation due to a defective product. The housing must be designed so that the inlet/outlet openings can be oriented vertically or horizontally. Unfortunately, the connection between the case and the input/output ports has a design flaw and the connection is loose. I contacted the seller and provided a video demonstrating the problem and they sent a replacement filter and a return label for the first filter. Unfortunately, the second filter had the same issue as the first, so I used Revain.com's product return option to return it for a full refund. What is particularly frustrating is the fact that full refunds and free returns do not cover all of the costs I have incurred as a result of a defect in this product. There are other non-reusable parts that were needed to install the filter, which of course resulted in hours of wasted time. DO NOT buy this filter, it has a design flaw!
