House with four boys, screens often break. I had to replace this screen after an anonymous person stepped on it and cracked the old one. It fits the HP 4530s perfectly, all the screws fit perfectly and the cable sits perfectly. After gathering everything (down to the very last edge), I remove the protective film from the screen (as indicated on the sticker). I pull the sticker to find a GLOSSY screen. At the moment the screen works and is set to 95%. No hassle of removing and sending back. So if you don't mind getting a matte/glossy monitor, go for this monitor! It looks great and was easy to put on. But the description was wrong.
