It's not a complicated procedure but they work well and do their job. They are very stylish and when people see them they comment how they like the look. I like their shape and length. They "slip" easily. I keep dropping them. I really want to take a piece of sandpaper and rub it over the pin. If this were my product I would try to find some kind of coating or something that doesn't necessarily provide grip but takes away from their extreme smoothness. My grip has never improved over time. I still use them every day and the tip stays good. From time to time the tip doesn't "grip" the screen well enough to move the screen, but that's rare enough that it's not a problem.
