Very disappointed: hair combs

I have long hair and was looking for the best comb for wet hair. This is exactly the opposite of what I expected. It's hard and it really hurts when I run the comb over my head. I figured the cost would ensure that what I got was an increase from the 0.99 cent variant. I was wrong. Really wrong. If you're a professional barber, this may be appropriate for reasons unknown, but it can't beat the functionality of a cheap wide-toothed comb. I said how wrong was I? What were you thinking or what did I miss?
