Beautiful product but it arrived slightly damaged. I decided to keep them anyway. Now that I've been using it for a few weeks, I realize how inadequate the pepper mill is. After filling up to the maximum capacity, it works normally. However, after a few uses, it actually stops grinding properly. At first I thought it was ready to be refilled, but when I opened it I found it was still quite full. I tried adjusting with a metal knob but it didn't get any better. I bought cheaper coffee grinders on larger lots that worked better. So disappointed!
