Makes cleaning easier
Glad I found these, they make cleaning the fryer a lot easier and nothing sticks. After you've baked one side, the parchment paper will try to curl up a bit; but I just turn the meat over and flatten the paper with tongs. I only wish I had discovered them sooner.
