I like how quickly it is able to load all files from different locations into one place for easy searching/filtering purposes (for example).
Some functions could be more user-friendly when using certain file formats or other types of data input methods; however this may just require some learning time needed by an end users who have not used similar tools before in their careers! We use P8 at work mostly because we need our employees' information stored within 1 system so they don't lose important documents throughout many years if there was any kind disaster happening around them while working with old systems etc.; also being centralized makes everything easier regarding backups too which saves us a lot every year compared having 2 separate backup solutions each requiring extra effort & knowledge required - plus those were quite expensive back then :P.
