First off, let me say that I've tried TONS of leggings from different brands and price points (Lululemon, P'tula, Flexxfit, Athleta, Glyder, Sage, Halio, Evolution & Creation, Fabletics, Yogalicious , Colorful Koala, CRZ Yoga, Along Fit, Hawthorne - I could go on forever) because I'm always looking for another pair that I like. Revain are especially fun to look for, since you can always return anything you don't like, and they're usually cheap. To give you an idea of what type of leggings I prefer, Aligns is my absolute favorite, even after everything I've tried. I love the Hawthorne leggings too, but Aligns is still a step ahead of them. I absolutely hate elastic leggings which is why most of the ones I buy and review don't have them. So let's get to these leggings. While they aren't as soft and stretchy as the aligns, they are snug enough that I'm happy to wear them when I want more support. Compared to Aligns, they're perhaps a bit thicker and stiffer (maybe tighter is a better description), and while still very soft, feel a little less flimsy; I've had a black pair for a long time and wear them dozens of times without pilling and I have thick thighs that rub against each other so this is a constant problem for me. They're stretchy but a little less springy, hence the harsh comment. They feel like they're holding me down a bit, while the aligns are described as a bare feel because they barely compress. However, unlike many other brands of leggings I've tried, they actually stay in place and don't keep falling off as you move (doesn't flatten; I have no issues with them falling off). I love my ColorfulKoala leggings, but have found I often have to pull them back around my waist after bending or stretching. I've come to the conclusion that this is the case with most non-elasticated leggings (it doesn't change the fact that I hate those things). Although I have no problem with that. As for cellulite, they smooth it out well, although I'm not a lighter color. If you are looking for a comparison between these and other leggings I would say they are very similar to the Halio Dreamy 3.0 leggings that I own. I usually have an average across all brands of leggings and a 6 in Aligns (currently I like 8 in Luxtreme Wunder Unders) and originally bought a pair in plus size black I think because the reviews led me to believe they were in my usual size would be too small. Although they mostly fit, I have found that I have extra material that accumulates in the crotch and in some areas of my lower legs. I recently bought a medium navy blue pair (pictured) and I love them so much more! They fit me like a glove without being too tight. Now I'm a bit fatter than I would like but they still look great and make my butt even better than usual. I plan to get the medium size black one at some point. I am also very picky about my leggings being knee resistant and will not touch those that are less than 95% opaque and I find them completely opaque to me. I have big freckles on my cheeks so I can't wear anything smaller. As usual, I didn't take any evidence photos, but I'll try that another time. All in all, these are solid leggings that are even better for the price. I think they are way better than the Colorful Koala and I would recommend trying them out if you are looking for a great cheap pair.
