Review on Apple by Sammy Bell

I purchased my Airtags, iphone 12 Pro Max, Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse 2 directly from the Apple website (and store). The user interface of the website is super simple and well put together, which brings much better solidness to online shopping experience. Prices are very high but I think you get what you pay for. I'm now on my second Macbook (no longer stored in orders on the site since I bought it back in 2019). My first took 8 years and I hope my second lasts longer if not longer. All other laptop brands I own (HP, Dell, Lenovo and IBM) are not up to par and ALWAYS have issues. It's worth paying the higher prices to avoid having to deal with headaches. Moreover, even if your warranty runs out, even if you go to an Apple store, they try to help you no matter how old your product is. Now that's high quality customer service.
