I bought Burton Kids Crown Weatherproof Full-Zip Fleece for my niece and she loves it! The Foxglove Violet/Orchid Bouquet color combination is bold and playful, just what the little fashionista needs to get noticed on the playground. The fleece material is warm, cozy and definitely weatherproof - it withstood a sudden downpour and kept my niece dry. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 star rating is that the sizing is slightly different - I had to trade an X-Small for a Small. Despite these minor inconveniences, this rune would definitely work for a petite queen.
