So here is my honest review. I ended up sending it back as it didn't work the way I wanted it to. If you plan on just using this to add extra USB ports for KB, mice, USB flash drives and other low-power peripherals, this works great. It has a great design and the on and off buttons are nice. If you try to use portable or external hard drives that draw a lot of power, you're going to have crazy problems with the drives falling, I had one damaged. Luckily, a disk scan fixed that. I give it 3 stars because it seems reliable but not for my purpose. I read some posts on the web and found that Anker is better and I have 5 hard drives and it works great.
