After receiving them I fully charged them, let them cool down and then tested each tool to make sure they all work. fit and they did. I had no trouble installing and removing them from the charger. I hooked one up to my saber saw and started chopping branches and small trees and other things around the garden and the battery lasted quite a while, it got hot and I had to let it cool down before charging it but it was on hot day. I haven't encountered anyone else's problems but I will update my review as I use batteries for various things and tools. It is very difficult to find good batteries for older 18v capsule style tools and quite frankly it is very difficult to find batteries that don't short out tools or chargers as has happened to me in the past. So far, so good
