I like that it's easy to use for personal as well business needs! It is very simple but powerful at once with no hassle in managing domains or transferring them between registrars etc. There are sometimes problems when you have multiple accounts registered through different providers which can be confusing if not careful enough of how each provider handles their own features/tools available. If using more than one account then make sure all your tools (like WHOIS) match up otherwise there will always seem errors where some things don't work properly together. Also keep an eye out since many times they update these services without telling everyone so we need time before everything becomes completely stable again after updates come down from above.
