The ability to see all areas where there is an issue or error which has been created by someone else who worked with this software previously - it's great! I don't like that you have no option other than 'close' when using email communication between staff members within your organisation (ie; internal emails). This can lead sometimes into confusion if people are not aware what they should be doing next after reading their colleagues message/email etc.. Also having both versions open at once could cause issues too due being able easily switch back & forth from one version to another so would need more space allocated depending how much data was used each day / week during work hours. We use Dachser mainly because we were given training about its capabilities before implementation but now also find ourself needing some assistance regarding certain aspects such us invoicing customers directly via invoice portal rather then sending out paper.
