Bought this chair two years ago, a year in the garage ready for landfill. When you first buy, please note that the chair is tilted to the left. After checking the installation twice, I immediately found nothing. I did this for a while until it drove me crazy. My husband took the chair outside (sunlight) and noticed a defect in the metal plate. There was a crack in the center of the plate next to the center screw installed at this factory. Judging by other reviews with the same issue, it's a manufacturing defect. That's a waste of money. Now I don't know how to contact them because there are 10 years. Guarantee for this chair.
