I had a slight problem after receiving the chair. It was during a massive ice/snow storm that hit us here in Texas. I have contacted the manufacturer. They took care of my problem and got me back in the chair very quickly. I know this is an early review, but here's the thing: I'm quite a tall guy, 6ft 6in and about 250 pounds. This is my first gaming chair and it feels a bit stiff at the moment but I've been told that it will lighten up and adapt to my body shape over time. It's also a bit hot downstairs, but I'm used to the "leather chair". I'm happy with how it's done. I assembled it in less than 30 minutes. collect. The photos/instructions were easy. I installed the armrests on the wrong side but easily removed them and put them on the correct sides. This is what I call a "hard / durable" chair. strong feeling I hope it helps.
