Three filters fit well, the fourth tends to leak.
The three filters that make up the reverse osmosis kit fit well, although we had to flush almost 8 gallons of water through before it came clean. The water connections on the small pre-filter are push-in compression fittings and the water hoses MUST be plugged in straight or they will leak. It usually takes a little trial and error to get a leak-free installation.
