Poor quality material? Bad quality control? We missed more than a month

I saw positive reviews about this bag and thought it would be useful for our trip. First the benefits and reasons I bought the bag: The first was a bag of this size in this price range ($20). There were few other 65L bags (quite large). I bought it to give my kids all the clothes, shoes, toys, blankets etc for the long trip we took. It was good value for the size and the material looks nice and modern. Now for the bad. The material was very thin and some of the other reviews don't mention this. I think the type of material used might be appropriate if you use the bag very sparingly, but we did a long trip where the bag was used daily. The bag had wear and tear where it was often rubbed, the zipper was of poor quality and the zipper itself was separated from the bag. I tried sewing but it got worse. Having to throw the bag away after a short period of time was quite frustrating. In summary, use this bag once or twice a year and watch out to last a few trips. I usually keep my holdalls for at least a few years and they get used a few times but the fact that this bag only lasted a month is a problem. Even some of the bags I've received from work or events are of much better quality and durability, and they're free. If you decide to buy this bag just make sure they accept returns to make sure you protect yourself. Then, once you receive it, check the quality of the bag and make up your mind because you will find that the quality is pretty poor or at least questionable.
