I was very disappointed in this product when I first used it. Although chopping the meat was easy, I was very disappointed with the filling process. There are no instructions for using stuffing tubes. At first I thought to install the complete system like sanding and add a stuffing box. It was very frustrating. Lots of pushing with item G, a food pusher, with some sausage coming out of the tube. After some deliberation, I decided to try the pad system without the C and D elements, sanding sheet, and sanding plate. That is the difference. The process I chose to use is to shred the meat with a grinding blade and matching plate, mix with the seasonings and stuff the meat without the grinding blade and plate.
