Bought this wall plate for a living room remodel to hide a new cable entry hole in the wall for a new wall mounted TV. Because of this, it offered a nice finished look. The reason this is not a five star product for me is that it is off-white in color rather than bright white. The color is a small issue but the big issue is the sleeve size. Don't expect cables other than flat or small media cables (e.g. HDMI, coax) and Ethernet cables to work for you. The ferrule is too small to accommodate even a simple two-pronged connector without the odd angle and force. Don't even think about putting a grounded plug in the hole. Additionally, more than 3-4 cables will likely prevent any other new cable from being easily passed through without having to start the process of running all the cables again. There are a total of three stars for the look and the closure of the drywall hole.
