Overall, this floor guide is solid and worth the money. It's smaller than others, which is nice, especially when placed in the hallway. The downside to this particular guide is that when you tighten the screw to get the desired wheel position, it stops turning because it's too tight. Other rails have nuts on either side of the bracket so you can tighten the bolt and still let the wheel spin. I ended up spending 2 hours at a few different hardware stores and a few extra bucks to buy a new bolt that was longer and fit two nuts. The wheel is now securely attached to the bracket and can still roll with both nuts. A previous comment I read mentioned that you need to remove the washer and that would help, but in my application that wasn't the case. If you don't care about wheel spin, this is a good choice. If you want the wheel to roll I would choose a different option or do some modifications of your own.
