I've had this for a few years now so I've had a chance to really learn what I like and don't like about it. Pros 1) Quality leather and workmanship 2) Excellent padded laptop compartment 3) Plenty of compartments for folders and documents 4) Has a carrying handle and an adjustable shoulder strap 5) Has holders for pens, pencils and a stylus 6) Affordable price Cons 1) Buckles on the Front requires 2 hands to open (a bit frustrating especially when there are many quality clasps that can be opened with one hand) 2) A magnet holding the outer packaging looks a bit sloppy over time. It's also uncomfortable when you reach for a bag with one hand to put something in it with the same hand and the magnet keeps slamming shut. Lightning solves both problems.
