I just received this product last week and my cat has been using it every day since it arrived. Which is great because he used his last bed twice in 2 months. This is a significant improvement in usage on his part. I wanted to give him something to hide and cover up for the winter and summer months, it's both so that's great. You can easily change the shape after your cat lays on it. He crawled in a couple of times, but it's summer now so he prefers to be upstairs. Can't speak to general durability or how long it will last because it's new, but it's strong/thick and feels well made. I haven't tried cleaning either. But the set included a ball of yarn which my cat loves to play with. I love the colors, it's exactly the same as in the picture. I also like knowing that it's natural, I think my cat can smell it just by sitting on it and sniffing it. All in all it's a hit! I have included a photo of my cat for size reference, my friend is 9lbs. He loves it so much he won't leave while he's playing. Highly recommended!
