I use it with the pockets facing the front as I don't carry passengers in the back. Wanted it mainly to stash my purse and other stuff from the passenger seat. Good for that. Pros: Fits my small wallet in the front (smallest) pocket and my iPad in the back pocket. It's fairly easy to slip items in and out of pockets most of the time (it's a little awkward at times). Cons: It's not easy to stretch the elastic to hook the bottom hooks into the bottom of the seat backs. Be careful when stretching the cords to catch them - if they slip out of your hand they could hurt your face if they get in the way. I wish the pockets were a little roomier and not so narrow to fit a larger bag or more items, but they fit my needs.
