Excellent! - as long as you DO NOT PUT IT IN THE DISHWASHER!
I've had this for a few months now and **I** always hand wash it right after use so it's never been a problem but my husband threw it away in the dishwasher (the bottom says dishwasher safe, it's stamped with the symbol) and now the top is oval instead of round and it leaks every time I shake it. Now I have to wrap it in a towel while shaking it, which is unacceptable. It's great as long as you don't put it in the dishwasher, so make sure hand washing isn't a problem for you.
