Review on Gregory Mountain Products Paragon Backpack Backpacks by Jessica Hill

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Comfortable and large capacity

Was looking for a new backpack to try and ended up buying a Gregory Paragon 68 Medium/Large. I'm 6'1" and 300 pounds. The backpack fits well and is comfortable. I've had it on a short overnight ride so far. I weighed a loaded backpack at the start of the trail and it weighed 32 pounds with all the gear for the Travel. You can pack a lot in a backpack and I thought the backpack held the weight well. The rain cover is good. Plenty of pockets. The fabric feels thin but didn't rip on the trip so it's probably strong enough. The pockets on the hip belt are convenient, but small. The shoulder straps were comfortable, except for the fact that they rubbed a little on the skin when hiking shirtless. In general, I am satisfied.

Cons
  • No performance
