I bought this phone for my mother. She is 80 years old and very tech savvy (don't think she has a computer and can't set the clock type on the VCR). It was an easy process. I also called Jethro direct to inquire about plans and a very friendly and helpful man quickly sorted everything out for me. The phone at my mother's house is well maintained so she has no problem making calls on the network.
