The ease in which I can update documents with version control within my project team as well as other stakeholders. It also allows me easy access from anywhere via mobile device or computer allowing seamless collaboration across all parties involved in any given process/project. - Easy accessibility-Easy organization.-Version Control system (allows multiple people editing at once)-Mobile friendly platform-Ease of use by non technical users. Additional features could be added without much effort. We are solving our document management needs through this software that provides us an efficient way of managing projects while reducing errors due to miscommunication between teams members who have different roles during each stage of development.
