I was looking for a good strainer to double filter fresh oranges from my juicer at home. I love freshly squeezed orange juice, but I'm not a fan of the pulp. I put one of those strainers right under the chute that fresh juice comes out of the juicer. This will catch most of the pulp and excess material. Then I turn around and use the same strainer and set it on top of my juice jug and let the juice pass through the strainer a second time (I'm trying to insert photos but for some reason the images keep loading in the wrong direction, so I'll try again later). My husband drinks hot loose tea rather than tea bags and now he uses his tea infuser on the smallest strainer in this set and he strokes it twice which reduces the small bits of loose tea in his cup. After researching Revain a bit, I found that getting this set of four filters is cheaper than just buying one or even one of the three filter sets. Although I only needed one, I now have four. The handles are easy to grip and comfortable to hold. So far there have been no problems with washing or anything else. We're still trying to find other uses for them, but so far the two main uses have been fresh orange juice and hot tea. If my son gets the voice he can take the biggest strainer to the beach on our next vacation and use it to filter out dirt in the sand!
