Review on Dirt Devil Cordless Rechargeable BD10320B by Brian Schultz

Dirt Devil support ticket submitted as it was not working after one use. We got this when my wife had a rental car because she had a week to get it fixed and we wanted the rental car cleaned before returning it. We charged it overnight before using it and it worked great for one time. Since then when I plug it into the charger the lights have been flashing like it's doing something but then stop after 15 flashes (less than a minute). When I move the switch to the ON position, the motor turns on for about an eighth of a second, and then the lights flash like it's charging, which should indicate "time to charge battery". So it looks like a battery failure, from a lithium-ion battery!
