The best "foil" (rather Mylar) shower/treatment caps I had! I use it in the shower after I've applied conditioner and finished washing, scrubbing etc and sometimes just as a shower cap to keep my hair dry. I have very long thick hair and the elastic is strong enough to hold all my hair without squeezing my head. Revane asks about: Thickness (perfect, too fat or too thin, both can be problematic); comfort (very comfortable, not too tight and not too loose on me); Durability (excellent so far, two months and no signs of breaking down). Recent caps (different brand/seller) like this one I've bought have been THE WORST. They were larger, but the sheet-like plastic material was thick and tough and on the second use began to separate from the overly hard/tight elastic, creating a large hole. A few more uses and another similar hole appeared (separation of the "foil" from the rubber). With the previous brand, the "foil" detached from the transparent plastic underneath.
