I was worried about there not being a half size between a woman’s 7 and an 8 but because I’m in between a 7 1/2 and 8 normally I got the women’s 8/men’s 6.5 and it works great. I think a 7 would have been too small but perhaps it would have worked as well. I have done trail runs, 4 mile road runs (I’m use to minimal footwear running) and river adventures and I love them! The sole is plenty thick and durable. No problems with gravel getting in or poking through the bottom yet. I wear them everywhere all the time and would highly recommend them. After having three kids I’ve notice my toes need more room and most shoes rub or squeeze my smaller toes but these shoes fit like a glove. They seem pretty durable and they drain water really well. You can feel the air flow through them and it helps my feet stay cool. I haven’t yet worn them in full sun on hot pavement so I’m curious how the airflow will make that more pleasant. I can’t wait to do more water adventures in them and see how they perform. Even if they only last me a year it was well worth the money at under $30! I love the way the y look and feel. Very satisfied customer.
