Small fit through the shoulders if you are a true athletic/normal XL women order larger size.
Shoulders are petite, over all the shirt is flattering. Not as long as I hoped-for I'm tall and athletic build. Normally XL women fits but this is not the case will be returning as I do not want to chance getting a wider shirt instead of a longer one.
