I have very unruly hair and my previous experience with elastics has been very disappointing and a waste of money. They were in the same price range and some were more expensive. But they are very strong and have no connection point. They're a continuous circle, which is great because it prevents them from breaking, and this usually happens even before they're put on. I chalked it up as "you get what you pay for" but purchasing this item was money well spent and frankly a bargain. I plan to order again if I need more.
