I bought these to try and correct the position of my lenses in relation to my center of vision. They are a lot bigger and thicker than I expected. They actually made my glasses sit too high. They were easy enough to use. I washed the glasses with dish soap, then wiped them with alcohol and dried them completely to make sure I had good adhesion. After wearing them, I had to squeeze the thinner inner wings multiple times throughout the day as they kept coming loose and flapping. I also noticed that the two pieces I took were of different transparency, with one being more milky and opaque than the other. After wearing them all day I had big sore red spots on the bridge of my nose and had to take them off because I couldn't take it, although they did a great job of keeping my glasses from slipping off my nose huh the pain was beautiful. more.
