Cheap fittings are no longer installed.
I cannot proceed with the installation of this product at this time. Using a cordless Makita with a 5/32 drill bit, I drilled 2" into a bolt (found with a bolt finder) and then used a 10mm ratchet to drive the bolts in. I wanted the mount to be level, so I slowly alternated between the two screws. Before I pressed the top bolt against the wall, it broke (see photo). Also missing from my package were the two M5x8 screws that attach the glass to the bracket. Tomorrow I'll be scouring the garage for bolts and screws to complete the install. I will not buy another Vivo product.
