article: smells good. The conditioner is thick and white. I have long thick wavy hair and need a good conditioner to really straighten my hair. It was okay, but I didn't have the glossy, smooth, super-moisturizing effect that I prefer from conditioners. Although it smells very good. Packaging: I like the shape and color of the bottle. It's nice on the shelf in the shower. However, in my opinion, the function of the bottle is a bit clumsy and stiff. The cap is foldable, which I like, and the mouth/hole when the screw cap is unscrewed is wide, which is good for bottle reuse. The bottle itself is hard so when I squeeze the conditioner comes out but not very well. I think part of that has to do with the thickness of the product and also not being able to squeeze the bottle too hard. I have other products that I prefer to this one because I really like smooth conditioners, but I think this one is worth trying. I probably won't get it again, but I'm not mad I tried.
