Pros: It's quite stylish and doesn't look very cheap. As a simple chair/footrest, it is quite comfortable. In the $200 range, this is a pretty reasonable price. Bad: People comment that it broke for them after a short time = I can see where that can easily happen since it's a very marginal design. One person can assemble it alone, but two people would be much easier. Ugly: Assembly would have been easy, but step 3 was a nightmare - the holes didn't line up so I used a vise to press them in place. I also used a drill and bit to bring the included hex key together. This is due to the poor quality of this product. In general, if everything went well for me, I'm very satisfied. If you have reasonable expectations, you should be happy too. it vibrates normally = mine is not loud. Even if the massage part breaks, it looks quite good and can be useful.
