Our Duo Nova Instant Pot (10 QT) was only used twice when it chose not to turn on. The quick support call was shocking and a waste of time. I was told they don't make parts and there are no substitutes. I told them the device was only used twice, after which they told me it was best to buy a new one. I would, but only after I'm sure we can't fix it. I searched the internet and found information from someone who had the same problem and found that it was the fuse. I found that fuse and the rest is history. Very fast delivery, my husband watched a video on youtube and although repairing our unit was a bit difficult, after replacing the fuse the front panel lit up - blue and worked great. I hope I don't have to use a backup, but if I do, we're ready.
