Cheaper product

The first time I received my order it arrived it completely torn with both clasps. I sent it back and ordered a new one thinking it was the shipping. Then I received my 2nd order and it had 1 broken clasp. The clasp is obviously cheaply made. However, the main body of the case feels thick and solid. I just want the clasp to be the same.

Pros

High density foam holds cup securely organizes jewellery, concepts, beads, hardware and all small craft supplies also great for fly box
