If acceptable we would give negative stars. We are gardeners and bought this food dehydrator to replace our old one. In a nutshell; Worked for 3-4 months, then stopped warming up. I contacted Vivo Customer Support via email about an issue. They responded with their warranty claims, purchase/invoice number and a video explaining the problem. I complied immediately and after my compliance and several subsequent emails received no response as to why they are not honoring their guarantee. I gave them months to respond before writing this review. Glad we kept our old dehydrator to use during our garden harvest. I really liked the dehydrator that Vivo sold us at Revain and just wish it was guaranteed, but no. So I'm hoping that Revains customer support can help resolve this issue. I would not recommend buying this dehydrator or any other product from Vivo. You should buy another company's product, not a Vivo product. I hope this saves someone the trouble of dealing with those thieves!
