Made from high quality leather. Everything but the strap is genuine leather. Although the strap itself isn't leather, it appears to be of good quality; It is long enough and can be easily adjusted to convert from a shoulder bag to a shoulder bag. It holds a lot of stuff - I have a wallet, phone and purse in the main pocket; Tube of hand lotion, tissues and pens in another bag; Lipstick, eye drops and earplugs in another and still have plenty of space. I like the rings that hold the strap because I can attach keys to it with a small carabiner so they don't get lost. It's a great little grab and go bag.
