I love this product. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the taste. I'm not gonna lie here folks. It's disgusting. Especially if there is too much in the tank. Needless to say, try not to swallow. Also, don't use the "Fast" setting. Keep the speed low, or at least switch to low after experimenting a bit with high speed. At high levels, you're likely to accidentally swallow some of that "broth". Well, having said all that, I have to say it has helped my gums A LOT. Aches/pain associated with periodontal disease as well as redness have decreased significantly. Once I use all of these I'll probably switch to toothpaste. However, you get so much that I can probably last a year if not more.
