When used with insta360 one r with 1" mod. Thing is solid. Door and fasteners are sturdy and easy to move or open. I use this with my insta360 one r with 1" mod and it fits perfectly. Now I don't have to remove the lens cap to put it in the cage like I did in the original mounting cage. It comes with an Allen key to tighten the ring remove if you are using it with a 1" mod. It will NOT work with the 360 module. The camera can tilt back and forth slightly inside the cage causing seams. The 360 module offers a lot of freedom of movement inside of the cage.
