I needed a home phone for the kids, something they can use to call mom or dad if needed, this phone fitted the bill. It worked straight away (as advertised) and was very easy to set up. I had to work with VibeVoip's customer service team to get a local phone number, but that wasn't a problem at all. VibeVoip's customer service team was very friendly and helpful. It's too early to say that this phone and service deserves 5 STARS, but I definitely give them 4 STARS and may upgrade to 5 in the future. If you need a basic home phone at a very reasonable price, this one is worth considering.
