Review on Conair INFINITIPRO Ceramic Curling Iron with Tourmaline, 1 1/2-Inch by Deb Wach

I bought it 3 months ago and the spring loop under my thumb is already twisted and the iron doesn't open for a long time. I called to claim the warranty and instead of replacing it or sending me a new spring to fit in 5 minutes they asked me to ship it (at my own expense) and a money order for the return postage to add. and it takes 2-3 weeks to return it. It seems crazy to me. For a product that is used daily, this turnover for a 5 minute job is insane. Anyway, the size is PERFECT and the heat is PERFECT and heats up very quickly. but they've lost their minds because it didn't last long and the way the guarantee works is stupid.
