After adopting my first dog 2 years ago, I exhaustively researched everything I could: food, toys, training, etc. This led me to buying a top of the line harness with a front and rear attachment, since my guy has a tendency to pull. I was very happy with that harness until I noticed it was chafing his chest and underarms raw!Since I didn't think he was a good candidate for a gentle lead or regular collar, I search online for a padded harness with front and rear attachments, and finally came across this harness from Didog, which has been a game changer! While it's bulkier than the other harness, it's much more gentle on his skin and easier to maneuver. The bright colors and reflective stripes are also great additional features for overcast days.While my dog has gotten better with pulling, he's still a work in progress, and this harness has held up remarkably well. The construction is very sturdy, and there's minimal if any signs of damage or tearing after more than a year of heavy use.The 4 star rating is because the metal has become discolored, which makes me worried that it may degrade over time. Overall though, this is an extremely sturdy harness that holds up to the task of keeping my pup secure while not chafing his sensitive skin.
