Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, this matcha is a huge disappointment. While the green tea powder may fill the bowl beautifully, the taste is stale and unpleasant.The only upside is the traditional Mino pottery bowl which is an impressive piece of craftsmanship. however, this doesn't offset the overall mediocrity of the product.
