I have used this knee brace for work, sport, general knee brace to support my knees. I have small knees, I ordered a small one. I noticed two things: 1. The support strips on the side of the orthosis stick out at the bottom after prolonged use. It can be felt in the knee as a strong tingling sensation. I had to keep stuffing them back up my sleeve. 2 - There is a seam where the elastic attaches to the suspender fabric and both knee pads I ordered (the first ripped, asked customer service for another and got one) ripped in the same place. I have small knees, ordered a small and when the knee pad was pulled taut for support it didn't seem to stay in place properly. I would recommend double sided hinges to avoid these problems. Great feeling at first, over time it breaks or the side supports lose their stiffness and seem more pliable. I like stiffness because I can move with confidence.
